Removal and installation of a pedal of coupling

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect приводной a cable from the top part of a pedal of coupling (Removal and installation of a cable of a drive of coupling see). For the purpose of maintenance of the best access to a pedal remove the panel of devices.
2. Having remembered adjusting position, disconnect from a pedal a returnable spring.

3. Give a nut and take an axial bolt. Remove assemblage of a pedal from an arm, take the remote plug, a spring and axial plugs.

4. Check up the remote plug and springs on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages. Replace defective components.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) Before installation grease with dense greasing a shaft of an axial bolt;
   b) Track correctness of installation of a pedal spring;
   c) In summary do not forget to make adjustment of a cable of a drive of coupling (Adjustment of a drive of coupling see).
