10.1.9.1. Removal and transmission installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Remove скобу fastenings, then separate a carving tip of a cable of coupling from the squeezing lever for what preliminary move the lever to a partition of a motor compartment. 3. Remove a cover of a cable of coupling from an arm on картере transmissions and move a coupling cable aside. 4. Disconnect an electric socket from the switch of lanterns of a backing. 5. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a speedometer from a transmission. 6. Loosen the tightening a bolt муфты draughts of a gear change also remove муфту. 7. Unscrew three bolts, fastening the top part of a transmission to the engine. 8. Loosen the bolts of fastening of forward wheels, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 9. Remove forward wheels. 10. Hook on the engine slings of the load-lifting mechanism and raise so that the engine weight was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism. 11. Unscrew a bolt, крепящий the grounding tyre to a face cover of a transmission. 12. Disconnect from two parties spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket. 13. Take power shafts from a transmission. 14. Using a soft wire, adhere the internal ends of power shafts to a body. 15. Close apertures in a transmission suitable stoppers. 16. Remove an entrance shaft of coupling. 17. Remove the left support of the power unit. 18. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a back support of the power unit to подмоторной to a frame. Also unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of an exhaust pipe. 19. Unscrew bolts and remove a protective cover картера couplings. 20. Unscrew other bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine 21. Remove a transmission from directing pins of the engine and lower it on the earth. For performance of this operation it is desirable to use a hydraulic jack. 22. Arrange a transmission in the same position in which it was in the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a transmission and establish it on directing pins of the block of cylinders. 2. Fix a transmission bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. 3. Using a corresponding tap, clear a carving for bolts of fastening of a back support of the power unit. 4. Before installation of bolts put on a carving of bolts the means interfering their unscrewing. 5. Tighten bolts the demanded moment. 6. Establish the left support of the power unit and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. 7. Establish power shafts. 8. Connect spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket and fix their nuts, having tightened their demanded moment. 9. Establish an entrance shaft of a transmission in coupling. 10. Screw in and tighten the demanded moment a carving stopper in a face cover of a transmission. 11. Fix the grounding tyre on a face cover. 12. Establish forward wheels, lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels. 13. Connect a cable of a drive of a speedometer, an electric socket to the switch of lanterns of a backing and a coupling cable. 14. Adjust a coupling cable. 15. Connect муфту draughts of a gear change. 16. Adjust draught and tighten tightening a bolt. 17. Fill in oil in a transmission.
