1. A seat belt extend without sharp pushes from a roller, stretch through a shoulder and insert into the lock.
The prevention

It is forbidden to overwind a belt on all its length. The cross-section belt should adjoin to a body closely. It is forbidden to throw back a sitting back back too strongly.
2. For belt removal press the red button on the belt lock.
