Before installation of pistons in gathering with rods the cylinder surface should be absolutely pure, the facet should be removed from edges of cylinders, and the cranked shaft is established in the block of cylinders.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wipe a back surface new top шатунного the loose leaf and lay it in a place in a rod. Be convinced that the ledge on the loose leaf has come into sample in a rod and lubricant apertures (1) have coincided. The loose leaf not to grease. Similarly establish in a rod cover the bottom loose leaf.
2. Place joints of piston rings according to the scheme.
3. Grease pistons and rings with pure oil for the engine, compress rings the adaptation, having left an acting site of the piston.
4. Turn коленвал to НМТ in the first cylinder, oil walls of the cylinder for the engine.
5. Сориентируйте the piston so that dredging (1) has been turned towards a forward part of the engine (2 – a ledge).
6. Cautiously enter the bottom part of the piston with a rod into the first cylinder against the stop adaptations in the block of cylinders. Slightly knock on an upper edge оправки for uniform contact to a plane of the block of cylinders.
7. Enter the piston into the cylinder, cautiously tapping with the wooden handle of a hammer on the piston bottom. The big effort not to apply.
8. Draw a rod to a neck коленвала and check up a backlash in шатунном the bearing c the help of a piece of calibre (it is specified by an arrow). Procedure of check differs nothing from procedure for radical bearings (subsection 3.3.9.3 see). Rotation коленвала or the slightest hit of oil on loose leaves at measurements are not supposed.
9. Nuts of a cover of a rod tighten with the set moment.
10. Define backlash size. If the backlash does not correspond to norm be convinced of absence of greasing and a dirt and again check up diameter of a neck and correctness of selection of the loose leaf.
11. Cautiously remove the calibre rests, grease loose leaves and a neck коленвала, establish a cover and in regular intervals tighten nuts with the set moment.
12. Repeat these operations for other rods. Check up freedom of rotation collected колевала.
13. After definitive installation of pistons with rods check up rotation freedom коленвала.
14. Check up axial люфт a rod (subsection 3.3.8 see). Have in view of that after installation of new details люфт a rod can be less norms and polishing of rods is required.
15. Collect and establish the engine, being guided by corresponding sections
