Structure ABS includes four gauges of frequency of rotation of wheels, the pressure distributor, the electronic block of the management, four gear wreaths, the wheels established on naves, and also a control lamp and switch ABS located on the panel of devices. The electronic block of management is established under a pillow of a back seat. The block obtains the data about frequency of rotation of wheels from gauges and on the basis of this data gives out signals on electromagnetic valves of the distributor of pressure. The pressure distributor is established in a compartment of the engine after the main brake cylinder. On the distributor four electromagnetic valves from which tubes to working cylinders of brake mechanisms of wheels depart are established. On a signal of the block of management valves support necessary pressure in a hydrodrive of each brake mechanism.


The prevention

At carrying out of electrowelding works it is necessary to disconnect колодку with wires from the electronic block of management at the switched off ignition. At colouring of a body with the subsequent drying in the chamber at temperature 85 ° With and above the electronic block of management is necessary for removing from the car. Otherwise the management block can fail.


Removal and installation of the distributor of pressure

The pressure distributor

7 – a tube to the main cylinder of a brake;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To pump out a brake liquid from a tank.
3. To disconnect from the distributor of pressure of a tube.
4. To uncover, having turned out the fastening screw.
5. To disconnect колодку with wires from the distributor.
6. To turn away a nut of fastening and to disconnect from the distributor a wire going on "weight".
7. To turn away a nut of fastening and to remove the distributor of pressure from an arm.
8. To establish the pressure distributor upside-down. At installation to replace nuts of fastening and to tighten their moment 7 Н·м (0,7 кгс·м). After installation to pump over system of a hydrodrive of brakes.

Removal and installation of the electronic block of management ABS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To remove a pillow of a back seat.
3. To disconnect from the electronic block of management колодку with wires, having compressed a spring clip.
4. To turn on two nuts of fastening and to remove the electronic block of management.
5. To establish the electronic block of management upside-down. Колодку with wires to connect to the management block it is possible only at the switched off ignition or the disconnected accumulator room of the battery.

Removal and installation of the gauge of frequency of rotation of a wheel

Installation of the gauge of frequency of rotation forward () and back () wheels
