The fuel pump has not folding design, in case of failure it replace.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery. |
2. To weaken an inhaling of collars (fig. the Power supply system of the engine in volume 1,9 see) and to remove hoses (20) and (22) or (19) and (23) (fig. the Power supply system of the engine in volume 1,8) from the pump (1) (the engine 1,9) or (20) (the engine 1,8 see). To stop up hoses in avoidance подтекания fuel. |
3. To turn away two bolts and to remove the pump (1) (the engine 1,9) or (20) (the engine 1,8). To check up, the pump is serviceable or not, it is necessary to connect to it a hose (22) and some times to press the lever of a drive of the pump. If from the pump by pressing the lever fuel is splashed out, the pump means is serviceable. |
4. To establish the pump upside-down. At pump installation to replace a lining (fig. the Power supply system of the engine in volume 1,9 see). |
