THE GENERAL DATA

Tyres are unique parts of the car which constantly are in contact to road. Even a total contact surface of all tyres – small. Therefore it is necessary to spend regularly careful check of tyres as both own safety, and safety of other participants in traffic in the big degree depends on a condition of tyres.

Constant check of a condition of tyres gives the chance to find out in due time intensive deterioration and to eliminate its reason that will allow to avoid more serious consequences.

In the presence of non-uniform deterioration of tyres it is necessary to find out the reason of it and to eliminate it.

Check up tyres on presence of cuts, punctures and extraneous subjects in tyres. Places of leak of air from the tyre can be defined by means of soapsuds.

Carefully survey an internal lateral face of each tyre on presence of traces of a brake liquid.

Demanded pressure in tyres prolongs term of its service, therefore it is necessary for checking regularly. The pressure control in tyres make only on cold tyres.

Check of level of a deterioration of protectors of tyres


It is necessary to replace tyres of wheels immediately if special indexes being below at the bottom of a protector as a result of a deterioration are made even to a surface of a protector of the tyre.

Position of indexes is designated by a triangular label on an onboard wall of the tyre.

Depth of drawing of a protector of tyres can be supervised by the special adaptation. At achievement of limiting deterioration of the tyre it is necessary to replace.

Pressure check in tyres

Pressure check in tyres is made only on cold tyres. Optimum pressure in tyres increases service life of tyres and operational parametres of the car.

KINDS OF DETERIORATION OF THE PROTECTOR

Lateral deterioration of a protector

 

Low pressure in the tyre (deterioration from two parties). Low pressure in the tyre leads to constant deformation of the tyre and wrong contact of the tyre to a road surface. Thus the cord of the tyre strongly wears out and coupling of the tyre with a road covering decreases. Also because of a tyre overheat there can be its rupture.

Wrong corner of disorder (deterioration on the one hand). It is necessary to make suspension bracket repair.

Overcoming of turns on high speed. It is necessary to reduce speed on turns.

Deterioration of a protector in the centre

 

High pressure in the tyre. At pressure in the tyre it is considerable above norm there is an intensive deterioration of a protector in the tyre centre, coupling of the tyre with a road covering decreases, the tyre does not extinguish roughness of road therefore all blows are transferred to a body and the probability of rupture of the tyre increases. Check up and finish to norm pressure in tyres.

In certain cases it is necessary to increase pressure in tyres, in particular, at movement on high speeds or with the big loading, thus do not forget to finish pressure to norm at normal operation of the car.

Non-uniform deterioration

 

Tyres on forward wheels can non-uniformly wear out from communication with несоосностью wheels. Thus it is necessary to adjust corners of installation of wheels.
