The oil pump

For greasing giving in the engine the oil pump роторного type in which working chamber there are internal into constant gearing internal and external rotors is used. The pump drive is organised directly from a cranked shaft of the engine. Rotors and a pump cover are made of a ceramic-metal alloy. Rotation of an internal rotor resulted from a cranked shaft forces to be turned an external rotor, thus, at the expense of an asymmetric arrangement of rotors and distinction in number of teeths, the size of a working backlash between them changes that provides a necessary pressure of a working body. Impellent oil is soaked up in the big space at entrance port of the pump chamber and pumped over by rotors to final port. In process of rotation of rotors the volume for an oil fence is narrowed, therefore churned butter under pressure is pushed out through from a final aperture. Pressure of impellent oil is regulated редукционным by the valve built in the oil pump and located in immediate proximity from an exhaust outlet. At increase of pressure developed by the pump to certain level редукционный the valve opens, and superfluous oil comes back to inlet port.

Impellent oil forced by the pump moves to bearings distributive and cranked shaft and as to other requiring greasing and effective cooling to block elements, and also in demanded proportions it is distributed between components ГРМ of heads of cylinders.

Полнопоточный the oil filter

For clearing of impellent oil it is used полнопоточный the oil filter which working element is made of a wax paper. For increase in the effective area of a filtration the filtering element has the special goffered design. In the filter it is provided перепускной the valve providing unobstructed pass of oil in case of infringement of passableness of the filtering element.

The gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil

The gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil is located in the top part from the forward party of the right semiblock and serves for the control of pressure of oil and serviceability of functioning of the oil pump.

Absence of instant lifting of pressure of impellent oil is direct after ignition inclusion leads to that the diaphragm of the gauge-switch which is wrung out by a spring (with the effort equivalent to pressure in 0.15 kgs/sm 2) in a direction to the block of cylinders, closes contacts of a chain of the control lamp built in an instrument guard.

After pressure rises to a preset value, the diaphragm is displaced, overcoming resistance of a spring, and the chain of a control lamp is disconnected.

4-cylinder models

The pallet картера is attached to the block of cylinders with use for tightness liquid прокладочной mastics. Маслоприемник it is located on the pallet middle картера and it is equipped by the mesh filter serving for elimination of alien particles which can contain in impellent oil. Going from маслоприемника the tube is connected to a soaking up aperture of the oil pump around the right semiblock.

In the pallet картера, is closer to the block of cylinders, the plate intended for stabilisation of level of impellent oil and strengthening of the pallet картера is provided дефлекторная.

6-cylinder models

On 6-cylinder engines the 2-section pallet картера which top section is made of an aluminium alloy is established, and bottom represents a stamped steel plate. In the top section of the pallet запрессована дефлекторная a plate intended for stabilisation of level of impellent oil. Fixed the magnet serves in the bottom part of the pallet for concentration and keeping of metal particles getting to the pallet.

The basic arm маслозаборника fastens to the top section of the pallet картера. Joint hermetic sealing маслозаборной tubes with the oil pump is provided at the expense of application of a sealing ring. Equipped by the mesh filter маслоприемник it is located in the centre of a back part of the pallet картера where fluctuations of level of oil are minimum.
