7.3.2. Removal and installation карданного a shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift also a back part of the car.

Back shaft

2. Designate mutual position of flanges карданного a shaft and a leading gear wheel of a reducer.

3. Keeping bolts, turn away four nuts of fastening of a flange of a back shaft.

4. Disconnect карданный a shaft from a back flange. Get a shaft from transmission or a distributing box, or turn away bolts of fastening of the hinge to a flange of a distributing box.

5. On rear-wheel cars muffle an aperture in a transmission.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Combine the labels put at dismantling and tighten nuts with the set moment.

Forward shaft

7. Remove a protective casing of a forward shaft.

8. Designate mutual position of flanges of a reducer, a distributing box and карданных hinges.

9. Keeping bolts, turn away a nut of fastening of a shaft and remove a shaft.

10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Combine the labels put at dismantling and tighten nuts with the set moment. At first fix a shaft on a forward reducer, having tightened nuts by hand, and then – on a distributing box. Tighten bolts and nuts with the set moment.
