Check of a thermoswitch of the fan of cooling
THE GENERAL DATA

The thermoswitch should be checked up, if at the hot engine the fan does not join. A check condition: the thermostat, a radiator and a cover are serviceable.

The electrofan thermoswitch is located at the left on half of height of a radiator.

The thermoswitch has two steps of inclusion. At the raised temperature it includes the fan on higher step of speed.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a safety lock № 3 electrofans in a box of safety locks/holders of the storage battery, if necessary replace.

2. Check up, whether the radiator in the field of a thermoswitch heats up in general.
3. Расстыкуйте a thermoswitch socket. At the wire tip connect at first the plug + (plus) to the plug 1 (it red / a white cable). The fan should rotate on slow speed. Then connect the plug + to the plug 2 (it red / a black cable). The fan should rotate with higher speed. If the fan rotates in both cases, replace a thermoswitch.
4. If the fan does not rotate, or if it rotates only on one speed, check up electric wires by means of the electroscheme. Check up contacts of connections and reliability of fastening.
5. The moment of an inhaling of fastening of the fan: 35 Н m.
6. Check up work of a new thermoswitch. Start the engine and allow to it to work on single turns until the cooling fan will join.
