ATTENTION

Clear шлицы the primary shaft РКПП, a conducted disk if the former disk and шлицы naves is established. Remove a rust. Шлицы cover with a thin layer of greasing MoS2. Surplus of greasing necessarily remove.

2 – a flywheel
The surface прилегания to frictional overlays should not contain greasing flutes. Attention: Depth of installation of gauge VMT should correspond to the various sizes of flywheels. Therefore in картере couplings are screwed two various, carving stoppers having colour marks.
3 – a conducted disk of coupling
Aligning elements, шлицы grease with a thin layer of greasing MoS2.
4 – press a rod
Grease around the directing plug in primary to shaft РКПП.
5 – a lock ring
6 – a disk of deenergizing of coupling
Grease an adjoining surface to a rod with a thin layer of greasing MoS2 (VW G 000 100).
7 – a fastening bolt
The inhaling moment: 60 Н•м +
1/4 turns (90 ). Bolts necessarily replace.
8 – a plate intermediate
9 – press a disk
The maximum internal deformation: 0.2 mm. With the damaged or leaky sitting rivets it is necessary to replace a disk.

Coupling at transfer inclusion separates power communication between the engine and РКПП and provides thanks to frictional communication smooth transfer of a twisting moment on a running gear at трогании from a place.

Coupling consists of the press disk, a conducted disk, the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and a hydraulic drive.

Press the disk is connected with a flywheel болтовыми connections. The flywheel is in turn connected with cranked shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted disk is connected with primary shaft РКПП through шлицевое connection.

By pressing of a pedal of coupling through the main cylinder located in the bottom part of the car, a liquid under pressure it is transferred in the working cylinder. The piston of the working cylinder, pressing the bearing of deenergizing of coupling, the disk influences on press. Thus conducted disk is taken away from a flywheel. Power communication between the engine and РКПП interrupts.
The coupling hydrosystem works on the brake liquid arriving from the tank.

At each inclusion and deenergizing of coupling as a result of power influence there is a deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk. The conducted disk represents быстроизнашивающуюся a detail. However average term of its service makes more than 100 000 km. Deterioration of a disk depends basically on loading (operation with the trailer) and style of driving. Coupling does not demand service, as it self-established.

Engines, as a rule, are equipped with a two-mass flywheel. The two-mass flywheel has pruzhinno-dempfirujushchuju the system promoting reduction of fluctuations created by the engine. Besides, the noise level in a range of low numbers of a turn thus decreases. The conducted disk of coupling in this case consists of a nave, a conducted plate and frictional overlays. Torsionnye springs are absent.
