Checking of system of release
THE GENERAL DATA

After each installation of details of system of release it is necessary to make its checking, for an exception of any pressure in elements of the system, able to lead to cracks or noise occurrence.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Checking is made in a cold condition of system of release. The razogretuju system is necessary for cooling to external temperature.
ATTENTION

At lifting and car installation on supports there is a danger! Therefore preliminary familiarise with subsection of Poddomkrachivanie of the car.
2. Lift and establish the car on supports.
3. For correct installation of system of release it is necessary to make the auxiliary tool of bolt М10, address to an illustration. The sizes: х = 4 mm, y = 25 mm.
4. Loosen the болтовое collar connection between catalytic the converter and the central muffler.
5. Insert the auxiliary tool through an aperture (the marksman on an illustration) a forward cross-beam. Лыска specifies towards a suspension bracket finger.
ATTENTION

The muffler is drawn in by the auxiliary tool in a direction of movement of the car.
6. Level the muffler across: the Cross-section finger should be parallel to a cross-section beam, the size () at the left and on the right should be identical.
7. Expose last muffler with a terminal pipe horizontally in relation to the car bottom.
8. Cars with a forward drive: Shift a terminal pipe on distance about 5 mm in relation to a label of corresponding marks in a collar. Marks (), (an arrow 1) concern all cars except for 1.6 l.
Engines of 1.6 l with РКПП: Shift the muffler before marks «S» (an arrow 2) in a collar.

9. Fix a collar the moment 40 Н m. Bolts should stand horizontally and to specify in a car left-hand side.
10. Take out the auxiliary tool from an aperture in a cross-beam.
11. Lower the car on wheels.
