REMOVAL
ATTENTION Elements of system of release can be removed separately. The central and additional mufflers can be separated from each other. They exist as separate spare parts, address to subsection Replacement of the central/additional muffler.
At lifting and car installation on supports there is a danger! Therefore preliminary familiarise with subsection of Poddomkrachivanie of the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift and establish the car on supports. |
| 2. Spray all bolts and nuts of system of release by means for rust dissolution. Wait some time. |
|
3. Turn on near to catalytic the converter a cover штекерного connections of the gauge of oxygen (the marksman below on an illustration). Disconnect an electric wire with clips (the top arrow) at the heat-shielding screen. Take out from a cover a socket and расстыкуйте it. |

4. Turn away the bottom bolts of fastening of a reception pipe at a final collector or турбокомпрессора. |
5. Bring under system of release of a support or suspend it on a wire to the car bottom that it has not fallen.
ATTENTION At all do not suppose falling of system of release as the ceramics каталитического the converter can be thus damaged. It will lead to necessity of replacement каталитического the converter.

| 6. Turn on from both parties bolts of fastening of a forward cross-beam of system of release to the bottom. |
| 7. Take out by means of the assistant system of release from fastenings. |
INSTALLATION
ATTENTION Consolidations, nuts and bolts necessarily replace with the new. For simplification of the subsequent dismantling it is recommended nuts and bolts of system of release before installation into place to cover with high-temperature paste, for example, Liqui Moly LM–508–ASC.

8. If mufflers are not replaced, sealing and contact surfaces before assemblage are necessary for smoothing out an emery paper from a rust and the hermetic rests.
ATTENTION At турбокомпрессора flexible (разъединительный) an element in a reception pipe do not unbend on a corner more than 10 °, differently it can be damaged.

9. Fix bolts holders of system of release at a forward cross-beam so that the unbent party of the holder (the marksman) looked at illustrations in a movement direction. |
| 10. Establish system of release by means of the assistant and suspend it behind in rubber holders. |
| 11. Fix a forward cross-beam bolts the moment 25 Н m to the car bottom. |
|
12. Engines without турбокомпрессора: Fix bolts a reception pipe with a new sealing lining on a final collector and tighten in the sequence shown on an illustration cross-wise by the moment 40 Н m. |
| 13. Engines with турбокомпрессором: Fix a reception pipe with a new sealing lining on турбокомпрессоре cross-wise the moment 40 Н m – petrol and 25 Н m – diesel engines. |
| 14. Expose release system so that it lay in suspension brackets without a tightness. |
| 15. Tighten bolts and fastening nuts the efforts specified in Specifications. |
| 16. Establish the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, thus address to subsection Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment. |
| 17. Lay a cable of the gauge of oxygen in clips and connect. Screw a cover штекерного connections on the bottom. |
| 18. Lower the car on wheels. |
| 19. Check up release system on tightness, thus address to corresponding subsection Check of a condition of system of release of the fulfilled gases. |
