| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To merge a liquid follows on the cold engine. |
| 2. Unscrew a stopper of a broad tank, having turned it counter-clockwise. |
|
3. Substitute a vessel under the bottom hose of a radiator, disconnect a hose (it is specified by an arrow) and merge a liquid. |
| 4. In the block of cylinders of a separate stopper it is not provided, therefore the liquid completely does not leave. |
|
Before refuelling the system should be washed out.
Washing of system of cooling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the thermostat. Put into place the case of the thermostat and put on a hose. |
| 2. Insert промывочный a hose into the bottom disconnected hose of a radiator and fill system with pure water while water not begins to follow from a radiator mouth. Continue to wash out during 10–15 mines, pure water yet will not start to follow. |
| 3. If the system is strongly polluted, wash out it in the opposite direction, having inserted промывочный a hose into the bottom branch pipe of a radiator. If there are doubts in cleanliness of a radiator it should be removed and washed out, simultaneously stirring up. Then in addition wash out system a stream of water before installation of the thermostat and joining of hoses. |
| 4. In extreme cases application of special additives for clearing of considerable adjournment of a scum is supposed, thus be guided by the instruction of the manufacturer. |
| 5. If the liquid varied regularly necessity of washing, as a rule, disappears. |

Filling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check up a condition of all hoses and connections. Attach the bottom hose. |
| 2. Fill in a liquid through a broad tank. At first the concentrated antifreeze in the necessary quantity, and then – water is filled in. |
| 3. At refuelling periodically squeeze the big hoses not to admit formation of air stoppers. |
|
4. On большей parts of cars are provided the small ventilating hoses connected to a broad tank. If these hoses are absent, turn away the ventilating union (it is specified by an arrow) on a knee of the thermostat and when through it the liquid will start to follow, wrap the union. |
| 5. After filling, warm up the engine, stop and on the cold engine again check up liquid level. If necessary add. |
| 6. Check up reliability of fastenings of hoses after refuelling and after some hundreds kilometres of run. |

ANTIFREEZE
Antifreeze represents a mix of the distilled water with a concentrate этиленгликоля. Antifreeze provides protection of system of cooling against corrosion and increases a boiling point of a cooling liquid. The quantity этиленгликоля in antifreeze depends on weather service conditions of the car and makes from 40 to 70 %. |
