5.2. Removal and installation of hoses of system of cooling

THE GENERAL DATA

Check up a condition of hoses of system of cooling and in the presence of defects replace a hose as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. If the cooling liquid does not be replaced, it can be reused. For this purpose collect it in the pure container. 2. A screw-driver edge ослабьте collars also move them on a hose. Being careful, remove a hose. If the hose sits very densely, having pulled, turn it on a branch pipe. 3. Keep in mind that radiator branch pipes very fragile, therefore at removal of hoses do not make excessive effort. If the hose does not act in film from a branch pipe, cut off a hose, and the part of the hose which has remained on a branch pipe, cut on two half. Thus it is necessary to use a new hose. 4. At hose installation, preliminary put on it collars, then establish a hose into place. 5. For hose fastening it is desirable to use collars with the screw. If the hose rigid and it is difficult for establishing into place, moisten the end of a hose with soap water or soften it in hot water. 6. Check up that the hose is correctly located, then fix the ends of a hose collars. 7. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. 8. Check up tightness of system of cooling.
