5.9.1. Removal and installation of the control panel by a heater

1 – the panel of devices, 2 – a partition, 3 – the engine of the fan of a heater, 4 – a central air line, 5 – a casing of a central air line, 6 – nozzles of ventilation, 7 – the block of management of a heater, 8 – lateral nozzles, 9 – a casing of a lateral nozzle, 10 – a casing of a lateral nozzle, 11 – lateral air lines,

12 – air lines of a windscreen, 13 – the top part of the case of the distributor of air, 14 – the bottom part of the case of the distributor of a stream of air, 15 – a radiator of a heater, 16 – a cover of the distributor of air, 17 – a cable of management in temperature of air, 18 – the top cable of the distributor of air, 19 – the bottom cable of the distributor of air, 20 – a folding shutter of mixing of air, 21 – the top shutter of the distributor of air, 22 – the bottom shutter of the distributor of air

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove forward section of the central console. 2. Remove a radio receiver. In the absence of a radio receiver remove decorative заглушку. 3. Note an arrangement and disconnect three cables from the case of the distributor of air. Keep in mind that cables have colour marks:       – A brown cable – for air giving in feet;       – A white cable – for adjustment of temperature of air arriving in salon;       – A black cable – for air giving in the top part of salon. 4. Unscrew two screws from the top part (drawing at the left) and two screws from lateral faces of decorative furnish of a radio receiver (drawing on the right). 5. Having pulled on itself, remove the control panel a heater. For full removal of the control panel by a heater disconnect electric sockets from the switch of the fan of a heater and прикуривателя. 6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
