3.1.2.18. Removal, survey and installation of a cranked shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove shatunno-piston group (subsection 3.1.2.15 see).
2. To remove covers of epiploons of a cranked shaft with epiploons (subsection 3.1.2.12 item 2) (a forward epiploon see), subsection 3.1.2.12 subitem 1-2) (a back epiploon).
3. To check up marks on covers of radical bearings. If it is not visible, to mark covers bearing number.
4. To turn away bolts of 9 covers of radical bearings and to remove covers 10 with loose leaves 8 (fig. the Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders see).
5. To remove a cranked shaft and to take out loose leaves 13 of beds of radical bearings and persistent half rings 1, preliminary having marked their number of the bearing.
6. To examine a cranked shaft. On working surfaces should not be having chopped off, забоин, scratches etc. Small scratches can be polished and then заполировать. To measure diameters of a neck шатунных and radical bearings. If they less nominal (the radical bearing of 57,96-57,98 mm, шатунный 45,96–45,98 mm), перешлифовать them under the repair size.
7. To establish loose leaves of 13 radical bearings in bed so that a loose leaf ledge has entered into bed dredging, and the aperture for oil giving in the loose leaf coincided with an aperture in bed. If loose leaves of the bearing №3 have no flanges, to establish persistent half rings 1. To grease with engine oil loose leaves and half rings.
8. To lay a cranked shaft on beds of radical bearings, preliminary having greased necks of a cranked shaft with engine oil.
9. To establish in covers of 10 bearings loose leaves 8 and persistent half rings 1 and to grease with engine oil.
10. To establish covers into place according to earlier made marks, to insert bolts 9 into a cover of the central bearing, to turn and tighten the moment 65 Нм (6,5 кгсм). To check up, that the cranked shaft freely rotated.
11. To establish and tighten covers of other bearings, going to a direction from the central bearing. After installation of the next cover to be convinced that the cranked shaft rotates freely.
12. To check up an axial backlash of a cranked shaft for what to insert probe between a cheek of a cranked shaft and a persistent ring of the average bearing, displacing a shaft in an axial direction in one, and then in other party.
13. In an end face of a cranked shaft from outside a flywheel the bearing 14 primary shaft of a transmission (fig. the Cranked shaft and details of shatunno-piston group see) is inserted. To take out the bearing it is possible a wire hook. The new bearing запрессовать inscriptions outside, having drowned it on 1,5 mm from an end face of a cranked shaft.
14. To establish new epiploons of a cranked shaft.
