3.1.2.10. Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft
THE GENERAL DATA

Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders

1 – the top persistent half ring;
2 – an epiploon of an intermediate shaft;
3 – an epiploon flange;
4 – an intermediate shaft;
5 – an epiploon of a cranked shaft;
6 – the holder of an epiploon;
7 – a lining;
8 – the bottom loose leaf of the radical bearing;
9 – a bolt of fastening of a cover of the radical bearing;
10 – a cover of the radical bearing;
11 – the bottom persistent half ring;
12 – a cranked shaft;
13 – the top loose leaf of the radical bearing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the ignition distributor (cм. Subsection 12.2.1.1 subitem 1-7) and the fuel pump (cм. Subsection 6.1.5 subitem 1-3).
2. To remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 3.1.2.9 subitem 1-7 see).
3. To turn away a bolt of fastening and to remove a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft. To take out шпонку.
4. To turn away two bolts of a flange 3 epiploons of an intermediate shaft (fig. the Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders see) and to remove a flange with a sealing ring.
5. To take out an epiploon 2 of a flange 3.
6. Accurately to take out an intermediate shaft 4 of the block of cylinders.
7. To establish an intermediate shaft upside-down. Thus a new epiploon запрессовать in a flange and to grease a working edge of an epiploon with engine oil. Axial люфт a shaft should not exceed 0,25 mm.
