PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover the starting arrangement (fig. of the Detail of the carburettor 2Е2 see).
2. To delay downwards a control lever air заслонкой and to fix in this position.
3. To connect to a pneumodrive air заслонки the vacuum gauge and the vacuum pump.
4. To create in a pneumodrive depression 100 мбар. If the pneumodrive is tight, depression should not fall more than on 5 мбар in a minute and decrease less than to 40 мбар.
5. To finish depression in a pneumodrive to 200–300 мбар.
6. To measure with the help probeов a starting backlash And (fig. of the Detail of the carburettor 1В3 see) the first step air заслонки, it should be (1,8±0,15) mm. If necessary to adjust a backlash turn of the screw of adjustment of a course of a diaphragm which is located in an end face of a cover of a pneumodrive (see fig. of the Detail of the carburettor 2Е2).
7. To close заглушкой an atmospheric aperture of a pneumodrive and to create in it depression 200 мбар which should not vary during 1 mines if the drive is tight.
8. To measure probeом a starting backlash And the second step air заслонки which should be (4,0±0,15) mm for the car with mechanical transmission and (3,9±0,15) mm for cars with automatic transmission.
9. If it is necessary, to adjust a backlash the screw in an end face of a rod of a pneumodrive air заслонки.
