Removal and installation of a brake disk/support
The brake disks having corrosion, create effect of vibration which does not disappear at longer braking at braking. In this case it is necessary to replace brake disks.
REMOVAL
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Mark a paint position of wheels concerning a nave. It will allow to establish at assemblage отбалансированное a wheel in its former position. Loosen the bolts of fastening of a wheel on the car standing on the earth. Lift the car and establish it on supports. Remove wheels. | | 2. A forward brake with a support FN - 3: Turn out 2 bolts of fastening (are specified by arrows) and remove a support with directing with a brake disk. The support FN - 3, is resulted on an illustration the Disk brake mechanism of back wheels in subsection Removal and installation of disk brake mechanisms of back wheels. | | 3. A forward brake with a support FN - III: Remove brake Pads, thus address to subsection Replacement of lobbies brake колодок. |
| 4. Brakes of back wheels: Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of a support at a beam of an axis and remove a support from a brake disk, thus address to an illustration the Disk brake mechanism of back wheels in subsection Removal and installation of disk brake mechanisms of back wheels. | 5. Fix a support on a hook from a wire on a suspension bracket so that the brake hose has not been tense.
ATTENTION
Brake hose do not disconnect, otherwise after installation it is necessary to delete air from brake system.
| 6. If the support has to act in film completely:
– At a forward support turn away the brake pipeline at муфты.
– At a back support at first turn away the brake pipeline at a junction with a hose. Then, if it is necessary, turn away a hose at a support. In addition disconnect a cable of a lay brake.
ATTENTION At opening of a brake contour the brake liquid follows. The liquid is necessary for collecting in the capacity intended specially for this purpose. It is possible to extort also a liquid preliminary from the tank.
| | 7. Turn out the screw with crosswise шлицом fastenings of brake disks. |
8. Remove a brake disk.
ATTENTION It is impossible to remove a brake disk from a nave with force application (blows by a hammer). It is necessary to use for this purpose means for rust dissolution. If disk removal probably only with application of blows of a hammer, for safety reasons is necessary to replace brake disks and bearings of wheels. Replacement of bearings should be made in conditions HUNDRED as only there, as a rule, there can be available corresponding press. After stripper application also it is necessary to replace brake disks.
| | INSTALLATION For reception of uniform braking from both parties both brake disks should have an identical surface concerning a roughness. Therefore it is necessarily necessary to replace both brake disks. In conditions HUNDRED it is possible to check up a disk on palpation. The maximum palpation of a surface of a disk: 0.05 mm; the maximum admissible difference in a thickness of disks: 0.01 mm.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Measure a thickness of a brake disk, thus address to corresponding Section. | | 2. If is available, remove a rust on a flange of a brake disk and a nave. |
| 3. Clear a new disk a thinner of a protective varnish. | | 4. Establish new brake disks on a nave and fix screws with a crosswise head. | | 5. Brakes of forward wheels with a support FS - III: Establish brake Pads, thus address to subsection Replacement of lobbies brake колодок. |
6. Brakes of forward wheels with a support FS - 3: Establish a support with brake колодками. Thus watch that has not been overwound or will pull a brake hose. Fix a support the moment 125 Н•м.
ATTENTION
If old ridge bolts again are applied, clear preliminary edges a brush.
| 7. Brakes of back wheels: fix the moment 65 Н•м. Connect a cable of a lay brake.
ATTENTION If the brake hose acted in film, establish it and remove air from brake system, thus address to subsection Removal of air from brake system.
| 8. Establish wheels so that the marks put at removal have coincided. Preliminary grease with a thin layer подшипниковой greasings aligning corbel of a wheel disk on a nave. Wrap bolts of fastening of wheels. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts a cross - crosswise the moment 120 Н•м.
ATTENTION Some times strongly press a brake pedal so that distinct resistance of a pedal was felt. Thus Pads will lie down to a brake disk and will take the place.

| 9. Check up level of a brake liquid in the tank. If necessary add. | 10. Brakes of back wheels: Adjust a lay brake, thus address to subsection Adjustment of a lay brake.
ATTENTION Inspect reliability:
– Whether fastenings of brake hoses are reliably tightened?
– Whether the brake hose in the holder is fixed?
– Whether unions of removal of air are tightened?
– Whether it is enough in the tank of a brake liquid?
– At the working engine check up tightness of system. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake effort 200 – 300 Н (20 – 30 kg) during 10 with. The pedal should not depart. Check up on tightness all connections
| | 11. Cautiously allow to be earned extra new brake колодкам. For this purpose some times brake the car since speed 80 to 40 km/hour slightly pressing a pedal. Between braking allow to be cooled to a brake. | |
