Installation of the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top cover of a gear belt.
2. Mark a felt-tip pen a direction of its rotation. The engine if to look sideways, rotates clockwise.
3. Turn a cranked shaft so that the camshaft has occupied position ВМТ of the piston of the first cylinder.
4. To turn the engine it is possible in several ways.

1. Lift and establish the car on supports ahead sideways. Include the fifth transfer, tighten a lay brake. The lifted wheel turn manually. Thus, the cranked shaft is simultaneously turned. For performance of this operation the assistant is required.
2. Establish the car on an equal platform. Include the fifth transfer. Shift the car forward or back.
3. Switch РКПП in neutral position. Tighten a lay brake. Turn a cranked shaft for the central bolt of a pulley of a belt drive.
ATTENTION

Do not turn the engine for a bolt of fastening of a wheel of a camshaft. Таки the image creates excessive loading on a gear belt.
5. Turn the engine so that marks on a camshaft wheel have coincided with marks ВМТ on a cover of a head of cylinders. Simultaneously marks of a pulley of a cranked shaft cost on an arrow of the bottom cover of a gear belt. Now the engine is in position of the moment of ignition of the first cylinder.
