1 – a bolt, the inhaling moment: 120 Н m + ј a turn (90 °)
It is necessary to replace a bolt necessarily. For отворачивания and заворачивания the tool for deduction Audi-3039 is required.
2 – a bolt, the inhaling moment: 40 Н m + ј a turn (90 °)
It is necessary to replace a bolt necessarily.
3 – a bolt, 15 Н m
4 – the bottom cover of a gear belt
5 – an average cover of a gear belt
6 – a bolt, 10 Н m
7 – a bolt, 45 Н m
8 – an engine support
9 – the top cover of a gear belt
10 – a gear belt
Check up deterioration. Before removal mark a rotation direction. Do not bend a belt.
11 – a bolt, the inhaling moment: 20 Н m + ј a turn (90 °)
3 pieces, for pulley ТНВД from two parts. Bolts are necessarily replaced.
12 – a bolt, 20 Н m
13 – a bolt for a rejecting roller
The inhaling moment at the console-29 with the spare part №: 038 903 143 E/F: 17 Н m

14 – a bolt, 45 Н m
For отворачивания and inhalings the tool for deduction Audi-3036 is required.
 15 – a camshaft pulley
Acts in film from a cone with application of a hammer and выколотки through an aperture of a back cover of a gear belt.
16 – a semi-automatic tension roller

18 – pulley ТНВД, execution from two parts
19 – a bolt, 10 Н m
20 – a bolt, 30 Н m
21 – a back cover of a gear belt
It is inserted in front at the bottom edge behind a sealing flange
22 – the pump of a cooling liquid
23 – a rejecting roller
It should be disconnected before removal of the pump of a cooling liquid.
24 – a gear pulley of a cranked shaft
On an adjoining surface a pulley / a cranked shaft there should not be an oil. Working position: planes at a pulley and a cranked shaft should coincide.
25 – a bolt, 30 Н m
26 – the plug
27 – a nut
28 – ТНВД
The central bolt on a pump nave do not turn on.
