Removal and installation ridge клинового a belt
THE GENERAL DATA

Ridge клиновой the belt is wider, than usual клиновой the belt and has some longitudinal edges. Ridge клиновой the belt actuates the generator, the oil pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel, the fan of a radiator and depending on the equipment also the conditioner compressor.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the belt is established again, it is necessary to mark a direction of its rotation. For this purpose the felt-tip pen on a belt puts an arrow in a direction of its rotation. The engine, looking on the right side of the car, rotates to the right, that is clockwise.
2. Loosen the a belt tension. For this purpose turn the device of a tension a wrench in an arrow direction.
3. In this position insert a corresponding core (4.5 mm, length of 55 mm), for example, AUDI-3090 or a drill core. Thus, the tension device will be fixed.
4. Remove клиновой a belt.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on клиновой a belt pulleys.
ATTENTION

At installation of the belt which was in work watch a direction of its rotation. The engine, looking on the right side of the car, rotates to the right, that is in an hour hand direction. Belt installation in an opposite direction leads to the raised deterioration of a belt.
2. Press the tension device in a direction of an arrow and take out core AUDI-3090. Then slowly release натяжитель, thus watch correct position of a belt on pulleys. The belt tension is established automatically.
3. Start the engine and visually check up belt work.
