Points of sale of oil accept corresponding quantity of the fulfilled oil free of charge. Therefore at oil purchase keep the receipt and the canister of oil for possibility of later delivery of the fulfilled oil!

| 2. Wrap a stopper of an aperture for removal of oil with a new sealing ring. |
| 3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove bottom and lateral covers on the right and at the left an impellent compartment (arrow). On an accompanying illustration execution for the petrol engine is shown. Remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment at the diesel engine. |
| 4. The diesel engine: Remove a noise cover of the pallet картера the engine. For this purpose turn away a bolt–1. Press a wire a pin of a rivet–3. Take out a rivet. The rubber plug–2 should remain in the block of cylinders. |
| 5. Turn away bolts of fastening of the pallet картера a cranked key, for example, HAZET 2528–10 and take out. If necessary for pallet branch картера take advantage of a rubber hammer. |
| INSTALLATION |
| 6. Carefully remove from the block of cylinders with the help шабера the hermetic rests. |
| 7. Remove the rests of hermetic from the pallet картера by means of a rotating brush, for example, the manual machine. |
ATTENTION Thus use goggles. There is a danger травмирования the rests of deleted hermetic.

| 8. Clear sealing surfaces. They should not contain some oil and greasing. |
| 9. The pallet картера can be established more precisely if for direction to screw two pins М6 in a flange of the block of cylinders. |
| 10. At purchase of hermetic AUDI–D176404 A2 it is necessary to check up term of its validity. The tube tip is necessary for cutting off so that the aperture in diameter of 3 mm was formed. |
ATTENTION
The pallet картера after imposing of silicone hermetic should be established within 5 minutes After installation картера hermetic should dry during time not less than 30 minutes Only after that in картер it is possible to fill in oil.

| 11. Put silicone hermetic on pure sealing surfaces. The hermetic platen should be in the thickness 2 – 3 mm and around apertures under bolts should pass on an inside. |
| 12. On an illustration position of the platen of hermetic on the block of cylinders is shown. Only hermetic is put on a sealing surface of the pallet картера. At transition to a back flange it is necessary to put hermetic especially carefully. |
ATTENTION
The hermetic platen should not be too thick, otherwise its surplus gets to an oil contour and litters a grid in the soaking up pipeline of the oil pump.

| 13. At once establish and in regular intervals press to the block of cylinders the pallet картера the moment 5 Н m. |
| 14. 3 connecting bolts the engine-rkpp around the pallet картера tighten the moment 45 Н m. |
ATTENTION At pallet installation картера on the removed engine expose the pallet картера so that it from outside РКПП was заподлицо with the block of cylinders.

| 15. Tighten bolts of fastening of the block of cylinders cross-wise the moment 10 Н m, then all bolts in two steps tighten the moment 15 НЧм. |
| 16. The diesel engine: Establish a noise cover of the pallet картера on the engine and fix it. For this purpose take out a pin from a rivet. Insert a rivet and, having pressed a pin, fix it. A bolt–1 screw the moment 20 Н m. |
| 17. Fill in in system impellent oil, thus address to subsection Replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter. |
| 18. Establish and fix bottom both lateral left and right covers of an impellent compartment. |
