Removal of a cranked shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and the oil pump (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see).
2. Take shatunno-piston assemblages (Removal of shatunno-piston assemblages see). If pistons and rods do not require service, will be отболтить covers шатунных bearings enough and to push assemblages upwards, having removed them from necks of a cranked shaft.
3. Measure size axial люфта a cranked shaft (Check of a condition of a cranked shaft see). Also pass to performance of the procedures stated in following paragraphs.

4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the holder of an epiploon with forward (from outside газораспределительного a belt) an end face of the block of cylinders. At a corresponding complete set, remove also a sealing lining of the holder.

5. Remove a chain of a drive of the oil pump, then remove from a pin of a cranked shaft a leading asterisk of the pump with the remote plug (at a corresponding complete set).



6. Take from the groove in a shaft pin segment шпонку. Clean шпонку together with the removed cogwheel in a reliable place.

7. Covers of radical bearings should be marked in figures with 1 on 5, in a direction from a disk flywheel/privodnogo. If factory marks on covers are absent, put labels independently by means of a hammer and кернера. Measure and write down adjusting depth of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft in a cover of the radical bearing.

8. On models 1580 and 1761 sm 3 give two bolts of fastening to the block of a cover of the central radical bearing (one from the forward party of the block, the second - with back). Take boats and remove them together with sealing washers.

9. On all models ослабьте fixing bolts/nuts also remove covers of radical bearings. Take the bottom loose leaves of bearings and attach them to the covers an adhesive tape. From cheeks of a cover of the second bearing remove also persistent washers. From walls of a cover of the first bearing remove rubber sealing strips (уплотнители are subject to replacement without fail).

10. Cautiously, take from the block a cranked shaft. Track, that the bottom loose leaves of radical bearings remained in the beds in the block. Remove and will throw out an old back epiploon of a shaft.

11. Take the top loose leaves from beds in the block of cylinders, marking them by means of an adhesive tape on conformity to bearing number. Remove the top half of persistent washers of the second bearing and combine them in a reliable place together with the bottom washers.
