Condition check

1. Wash out a cranked shaft in kerosene or other suitable solvent, then dry it, it is preferable with application of compressed air. Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness of oil apertures, check up their passableness. In case of need take advantage of a rod brush or the special adaptation for procleaning of pipes.

3. A sign of deterioration of necks шатунных bearings is the distinct metal knock published at work of the engine and especially appreciable on small turns. Besides, deterioration шатунных bearings is usually accompanied by oil pressure decrease.
4. The gnash and strong vibrations of the engine usually testifies to deterioration of radical bearings at its work, amplifying in process of increase of turns. Pressure of oil also falls a little.

6. If possibility in acquisition of repair loose leaves is absent, the shaft in case of deterioration of its necks below an admissible limit is subject to replacement.
