Dismantle of a head of cylinders

The new or restored head of cylinders always can be ordered in a workshop of car-care centre or in warehouses of the services-centres of the company-manufacturer of the car. In view of necessity of use during dismantling and check of a condition of a head of some special tools, composers of the present Management consider that to the mechanic-fan will get easier and more cheaply a replaceable head, than to be got involved in difficult enough and labour-intensive process of a recovery work.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a head of cylinders from the engine (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see).
2. If have still made it, remove the inlet pipeline and a final collector (the corresponding section of the Head of the Power supply system and release see).
3. Take from a head a camshaft and pushers with adjusting washers (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see).
4. On diesel engines turn out from a candle head накаливания (the preheat System - diesel models see) and atomizers (the Power supply system - diesel models see).

5. On all engines by means of the special tool compress a spring of the first of valves.

6. Take from a flute on its core crackers of the cutting lock of a plate.

7. Cautiously release the tool and remove from the valve a plate, a spring and its saddle.





8. Further, by means of flat-nose pliers accurately remove from the directing plug маслоотражательный a cap. Operating in a similar manner, take components of the remained valves.

9. If after сжимания a spring its plate does not manage to be shifted for the purpose of providing of access to crackers of the cutting lock, slightly обстучите the top part оправки the adaptation a hammer, is should help plate clearing.
10. Having pushed valves inside also take from through combustion chambers.

11. Having removed valves from the engine, combine them together with the components. If degree of deterioration of valves is not high, and they are subject to the further use, take care, that at assemblage each detail could be established strictly on the former place.

It is the most convenient to put клапанные components in separate, in appropriate way marked (for example: № 1, inlet, № 1 final etc.) polyethylene packages.
