Assembly order of the engine after major repairs performance
Before the assemblage beginning make sure available all necessary spare parts, tools and materials. Attentively familiarise with the description of procedure and prepare for performance of forthcoming works. Among the other equipment hermetics for interface of the surfaces not equipped with linings and fixings of carving connections be required also. Composers of the given Management recommend to use only firm materials, adaptations and the replaceable components specially intended for application on cars Citroyon.
With a view of economy of time and minimisation of risk of any occurrence of difficulties composers of the given Management recommend to make at engine assemblage installation of components in a following order:
a) the Cranked shaft (Installation of a cranked shaft and check of working backlashes of radical bearings see);
b) Shatunno-piston assemblages (Installation of shatunno-piston groups on the engine and check of working backlashes шатунных bearings see);
c) the Oil pump (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see);
d) the Pallet картера (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see);
