Removal of shatunno-piston assemblages

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a head of cylinders, the pallet картера and the oil pump (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - petrol engines or the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see ). 2. In the presence of appreciable step deterioration in the top part of its cylinders it is necessary to remove by means of a special vertical drill in order to avoid damage of pistons in the course of their pushing out from the engine. The considerable height of a step testifies to deterioration of cylinders.
3. With the help кернера or paints mark rods and covers of their bottom heads according to their accessory to the cylinders and to each other. We will remind that it is considered the first the cylinder nearest to drive ГРМ.
4. Having turned a cranked shaft, result pistons of the first and fourth cylinders in positions НМТ.
5. Give nuts of fastening of a cover of the bottom head of a rod of the piston of the first cylinder. Uncover and take from it the bottom loose leaf шатунного the bearing. If bearings are in good repair, and will be used further, enclose the loose leaf back in a cover and fix its adhesive tape.
6. In order to avoid damage of necks of a cranked shaft and a cylinder mirror pull on hairpins of fastening of a cover of the bearing pair of pieces of rubber on diameter rubber or plastic hoses.
7. Having rested the wooden handle of a hammer against the top loose leaf of the bearing of the bottom head, push out shatunno-piston assemblage at the top the cylinder outside from the engine. At resistance occurrence immediately stop extraction of assemblage and check up completeness of removal of step deterioration in the top part of the cylinder. Fix the bearing loose leaf in a head of a rod by means of an adhesive tape. 8. Establish a cover back on a rod, and freely screw fixing nuts. 9. Operating in a similar manner, remove shatunno-piston assemblage of the fourth cylinder. 10. Having turned a cranked shaft on 180 °, result in positions НМТ pistons of the second and third cylinders and repeat the described procedures.
