Replacement трансмиссионного oils

On some models for a reversing and a tightening of jellied / control and drain stoppers the special key of square section (ask in firm shops of automobile accessories) is required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Plums трансмиссионного oils most easier to make after warming up of transmission to normal working temperature - make on the car a short trip.

2. Park the car on an equal horizontal platform, whenever possible with a firm covering. Firmly cock a lay brake, block противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.

At refuelling fresh трансмиссионного oils the car should be again translated in horizontal position.

3. Uncover with подзора arches of the left wheel, at a corresponding complete set remove also protection картера the engine.
4. Carefully wipe a surface картера transmissions round the jellied/control stopper located in left part РКПП, near to a face cover. Turn out a stopper and remove a sealing washer.

5. Get under a drain stopper картера РКПП capacity approaching on volume. The drain stopper is in area of the main transfer, in a back part картера transmissions. Turn out a stopper.

6. Wait, while all oil will merge from a transmission. If oil is hot, accept corresponding safety measures not to burn. Carefully wipe both stoppers, having removed all stuck metal sawdust from magnetic inserts. Old sealing washers are subject to replacement without fail.
7. When oil will stop to follow from картера РКПП, clean a carving of a drain stopper and an aperture under its installation in картере РКПП. Establish a new sealing washer, then screw a stopper and tighten it with demanded effort. Lower the car on the earth.
8. Refuelling in a transmission fresh трансмиссионного demands some oil from the executor of certain skills and takes away a lot of time. We will notice that for correct updating of level the car should be necessarily located strictly horizontally.
9. Fill in through a jellied/control aperture the quantity stipulated in Specifications fresh трансмиссионного oils of a demanded grade. Check up oil level (address to the Head Routine maintenance). If after a gulf of demanded quantity of oil it starts to follow through a control aperture, screw into place a stopper and make on the car a short trip in which course oil should be distributed on surfaces of internal components РКПП. Repeat level check. Establish into place a cover подзора arches of a wheel and protection картера.
