Drive of the mechanism of a gear change - the general information and adjustment

The general information

In the presence of suspicions on infringement of functioning of a drive of the mechanism of switching, it is necessary to make its dismantle and to estimate degree of deterioration of components (Removal and installation of components of a drive of a gear change see). At installation of components into place do not forget to grease all basic surfaces.

If the partition and drive greasing do not lead to situation correction, the car should be driven away on a car repair shop for the purpose of condition diagnostics actually transmissions.

Let's notice that possibility of updating of length of draughts of a drive of a gear change should be considered only as the preventive measure which has been not intended for indemnification of deterioration of components. Adjustment of length of draughts is made at their replacement (see more low).


Rating values of lengths of draughts of a drive of a gear change

1 — the Cranked lever/fastening to a forward stretcher
2 — Fastening of the lever of a gear change

3 — Draughts of a choice of transfers (length 100 ± 1 mm)
4 — Draught of a gear change (length 245 ± 1 mm)

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prop up противооткатными boots back wheels of the car, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Access to draughts of a drive of a gear change is extremely limited, however is possible as at the top, and from under the car.
2. Operating through an impellent compartment, or from under the car, measure length of each of draughts of a drive of a gear change. Compare results of measurements to rating values (Rating values of lengths of draughts of a drive of a gear change see an illustration).

It is necessary to measure distance centre to centre spherical hinges of draughts.

3. In case of need adjustment performance ослабьте a counternut and, having hooked the lever, accurately liberate corresponding draught from the tent hinges on transmission. Updating of length of draught is made by rotation of its tip in the corresponding party. The control sizes act in film centre to centre hinges. Having finished updating, запрессуйте draught back in reception nests of the hinges, then strongly tighten a counternut.
4. On termination of adjustment make sure of serviceability of functioning of the mechanism of switching: each of transfers should join freely, and nothing should disturb to return of the lever to neutral position.
