Check of serviceability of functioning, removal and installation of the gauge-switch of fires of a backing

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Management of functioning of fires of a backing is carried out by means of screwed from above in картер gauge-switch transmissions плунжерного type. In case of infringement of functioning of fires, first of all check up a condition of a corresponding safety lock.
2. For gauge-switch check disconnect from it electroconducting. By means of an ohmmeter or a lamp-sampler make sure available conductivity between gauge-switch plugs at a choice to a reverse gear. At negative result of check and absence of visible defects of electroconducting of a corresponding contour it is necessary to replace actually the gauge-switch.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For the purpose of providing of access to the gauge-switch, depending on a model complete set, remove an inlet air line () (see the Head of the Power supply system and release) and the battery with the basic pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).

2. Disunite an electric socket, then turn out the gauge-switch and remove it with картера transmissions together with a sealing washer.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace a sealing washer, then screw the gauge-switch on the regular place in картер transmissions. Tighten the gauge with demanded effort.
2. Restore initial connection of electroconducting, establish into place and connect the battery / an inlet air line (). Check up serviceability of operation of fires of a backing.
