4. Accurately having hooked a screw-driver with a flat sting, take an epiploon of a power shaft from the landing nest in картере РКПП.

5. Carefully wipe a surface картера transmissions round a nest under epiploon landing, grease with dense greasing external sponges of a new epiploon. Fill an epiploon in a nest and by means of approaching оправки plant it perpendicularly on the regular place against the stop in a nest coat hanger (in quality оправки the face head of the corresponding size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter will approach - оправка should rest only against firm external edge of an epiploon).

6. If the epiploon is equipped by a plastic protector, do not remove it until the power shaft will be established into place.

7. Carefully wipe шлицы on a power shaft pin, and grease with their thin layer of greasing. With the same greasing grease epiploon sponges in a nest картера РКПП.
8. Plant on the place on a shaft a rubber dustproof casing (the flat party to transmission).
9. Accurately fill шлицы a shaft in a lateral gear wheel of differential (try not to damage an epiploon), then level the intermediate bearing concerning the basic arm and get a shaft in regular position. In case of need take advantage of a hammer with soft brisk for landing of an external holder of the bearing in an arm.
10. Make sure of correctness of landing of the intermediate bearing and fix it, having developed under 90 ° fixing bolts with asymmetric heads. Tighten with demanded effort fixing nuts. At a corresponding complete set remove a plastic protector and press a dustproof cover to картеру transmissions, densely having covered an epiploon.
11. Fill in ступичную assemblage a shaft of a finger of the bottom spherical support. Track correctness of landing in a nave of a protective cover of the hinge. Establish a coupling bolt, screw a nut and tighten it with demanded effort (address to the Head the Running gear and a steering).
12. Establish into place a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel with demanded effort.
13. Fill in in a transmission necessary quantity трансмиссионного oils of a demanded grade (address to the Head Routine maintenance).

1. Delay ступичную assemblage outside and take an internal SHRUS of a power shaft from transmission. Prop up a shaft in order to avoid damage of an external SHRUS or protective covers of hinges.
2. Replace an epiploon, operating in an order stipulated in subsection "Right power shaft", subitem 4-6.
3. Accurately fill шлицы an internal SHRUS in a lateral gear wheel of differential. Try not to damage a new epiploon. Where it is required, remove from an epiploon a plastic protector.
4. Execute the procedures described in subsection "Right power shaft", subitem 11-13.

1. Remove a transmission (Removal and transmission installation see).
2. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove directing муфту from a pin of primary shaft РКПП (муфта acts in film together with a sealing ring/lining). Remove adjusting or persistent washers, usually подлипающие to the back party муфты and put on them back a shaft pin.

3. Accurately having hooked a screw-driver, take an old epiploon from assemblage directing муфты.

4. Before installation check up a surface of a pin of a primary shaft contacting to it and a nest wall in directing муфте on presence of roughnesses and задиров, capable to lead to an exit of a new epiploon out of operation. Insignificant defects can be removed by polishing by a fine-grained emery paper. In more serious cases it is required to replace a primary shaft. Wipe a pin of a shaft and grease it for the purpose of simplification of landing of an epiploon.
5. Dip a new epiploon in pure impellent oil and plant it in the nest in directing муфте.

6. Accurately put on муфту with the epiploon established in it a pin of a primary shaft, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.

7. Taking an opportunity, check up a condition of components of coupling (Coupling see the Head), then establish transmission on a place (Removal and transmission installation see).

1. Park the car on an equal horizontal platform, whenever possible with a firm covering. Prop up противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the left forward wheel and dismantle a cover of access with локера.
2. Having hooked a screw-driver, liberate шаровый a tip приводной draughts from the hinge of a rod of a choice of transfers to transmissions. Disconnect draught.

3. Accurately take an epiploon of a rod from the nest in картере РКПП.

4. Remove it from a shaft pin.

5. Before installation of a new epiploon check up a condition of surfaces of a rod contacting to it and nest walls in картере. Remove insignificant defects by means of a fine-grained emery paper. In case of revealing deep задиров it is necessary to make rod replacement.
6. Slightly grease external edge and sponges of a new epiploon with dense greasing, then accurately put on an epiploon a pin of a rod and by means of approaching оправки plant it in a nest in картере transmissions.
7. Connect to a rod приводную draught, having tracked reliability of joining of the spherical hinge. Lower the car on the earth.
