8.1.6.2. Repair of the distributor of ignition
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the distributor of ignition from the engine.
2. Remove a distributor rotor, move a spring of the lever of contacts of the breaker from a plastic insulator and disconnect condenser wires.
3. Remove consolidation of wires from the case of the distributor of ignition and disconnect wires from breaker contacts.
4. Unscrew the screw and remove breaker contacts.
5. Unscrew the screw (it is specified by an arrow) and remove the condenser.
6. Sideways the ignition distributor unscrew two screws (are specified by arrows) and remove a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition.
7. Simultaneously disconnect draught (it is specified by an arrow) regulator from a basic plate.
8. Unscrew two screws (are specified by an arrow), крепящих a basic plate, and remove it from the case of the distributor of ignition.
9. The further dismantling of the distributor of ignition is not recommended.
10. Check up ease of mutual moving of details of a centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition (And – springs, In – скобы fastenings грузиков a centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition).
11. Clear details of the distributor of ignition by pure kerosene and dry up them.
12. Check up a condition of contacts of the breaker.
13. Check up a cover of the distributor of ignition on presence of corrosion and обгорания electrodes.
14. Check up smoothness of moving of coal contact and its size выступания which should make at least 6 mm.
15. At presence обгорания contact of a rotor of the distributor replace a distributor rotor.
16. Check up that details of a basic plate move freely without an excessive backlash.
17. Otherwise replace a basic plate.
18. Check up that at vacuum creation in a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition draught of a regulator moves.
19. Check up люфт a shaft in the case of the distributor of ignition.
20. Assemblage of the distributor of ignition is made in sequence, return to removal.
21. Grease turn points грузиков a centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition with several drops of engine oil.
22. Adjust a backlash between contacts of the breaker and establish the ignition distributor on the car.
