Forward каталитический the converter

REMOVAL

Models 2.0 and 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. On models with catalytic the converter disconnect electroconducting from докаталитического a ljambda-probe.

4. On the models equipped with system of onboard self-diagnostics of standard SAE (OBD II), disunite a contact socket of electroconducting посткаталитического a ljambda-probe.

5. Lift the car over the earth.
6. Remove the bottom protection.

7. Separate assemblage of forward and average sections of system of release of the fulfilled gases from back section, - try not to burn a hand.

8. Release nuts of fastening of reception pipes of system of release to heads of cylinders.

9. Remove assemblage of lobbies and average sections from pendant arms.

 Do not delay assemblage of system of release downwards!

10. Separate forward каталитический the converter from forward section of system of release.


L models 3.0

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Remove the storage battery.
3. Remove assemblage of an air cleaner with an inlet sleeve (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).

4. Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting докаталитических ljambda-probes.

5. Lift the car over the earth.
6. Remove the bottom protection.
7. Liberate electroconducting докаталитических ljambda-probes from clamps on covers of heads of cylinders.

8. Disunite a contact socket of electroconducting посткаталитического a ljambda-probe.

9. Separate assemblage of forward and average sections of system of release of the fulfilled gases from back section, - try not to burn a hand.

10. Release nuts of fastening of reception pipes of system of release to heads of cylinders.

11. Remove assemblage of lobbies and average sections from pendant arms.

 Do not delay assemblage of system of release downwards!

12. Separate right forward каталитический the converter from forward section of system of release.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up sections of system of release on presence of signs of leaks of the fulfilled gases through joints and welded seams. Make sure of absence of through apertures. In case of need replace the failed elements.
2. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and illustrations to subsection "Removal" see).

 The tightening of a bolt of fastening of the central section of system of release to an arm подвеса is made in last turn, before installation of the bottom protection.

Back каталитический the converter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models 2.0 both 2.5 l forward and back каталитические converters are included in structure of assemblage of the central section of system of release of the fulfilled gases. On l models 3.0 all three каталитических the converter also are united in uniform assemblage. In view of the dismantle told an order and installations back каталитического the converter it is similar described above for forward (them).

Coal adsorber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift and lift it over the earth.

2. Release fixing collars and disconnect brought to assemblage of a coal adsorber hoses.

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of a coal adsorber from the car.

4. Check up the adsorber case on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. Estimate a condition of hoses. Replace the failed components.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

The electromagnetic valve of management of an adsorber purge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. On l models 3.0 remove assemblage of the steering pump (electroconducting disconnect) and, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines, postpone for a mudguard of the right wing, preliminary having spread rags. Disconnect electroconducting from electromagnetic the valve of management of a purge.

3. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the valve from the bottom party of the inlet pipeline.

4. On models 2.0 and 2.5 l disconnect from the valve electroconducting.

5. Check up a condition of the hoses brought to the valve, replace defective components.

6. Installation is made upside-down. The bolt of fastening of the valve is tightened with effort of 19 Nanometers.

 Track correctness of connection испарительных hoses.



And — To a fuel line
In — To the inlet pipeline (to model with OBD II) / to the throttle case (to model with OBD Subaru)


Valve EGR (only models 3.0)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove воздухоприемную the chamber (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path).
3. Remove a starter (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).

4. Disconnect a tube recycling the fulfilled gases from valve EGR and a head of cylinders.

5. Remove valve EGR from the inlet pipeline and disconnect from it electroconducting.

6. Check up freedom and correctness of a valve stroke. Estimate a condition and passableness of tube EGR.
7. Installation is made upside-down. The valve tightening is made with effort of 19 Nanometers, bolts of fastening of tube EGR - 6.4 Nanometers.

The double-thread valve

Check of serviceability of functioning of the double-thread valve (model with OBD Subaru), - air should pass in both directions (And and)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Disconnect the hoses brought to the double-thread valve.

3. On the models equipped with system of onboard self-diagnostics of standard SAE (OBD II), turn out a fixing bolt and remove the valve in gathering with a basic arm.


4. Check up a condition of hoses, in case of need make replacement. On models with OBD Subaru by means of the manual air pump check up correctness of functioning of the valve (air should pass in both directions). The faulty valve replace.

5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixture and шланговых collars. On models with OBD Subaru will pay attention of correctness of installation of the valve.
