Replacement of a filtering element of an air cleaner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release spring clamps () on an air cleaner casing.

And — Spring clamps
In — Bolts of fastening of assemblage of an air cleaner

2. Divide a casing into two half both take filtering element and check up its condition. Blow the filter the compressed air, in case of need make its replacement.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

 Защелкивание spring clamps it should be made only after correct input in gearing of the bottom lock uvulas of a casing.

Removal and air cleaner installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a collar of fastening of the sleeve connecting an air cleaner with the case of a throttle.

2. Disconnect the inlet sleeve brought to an air cleaner, and other hoses.
3. Turn out fixing bolts () and remove assemblage of an air cleaner from basic arms.
4. Attentively check up walls of both sections of a casing on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages, in case of need make replacement.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixing bolts and collars шланговых connections.

Removal and installation of an inlet air line

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out bolts of fastening of an air inlet to the panel передка the car.

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a sleeve of an inlet air line to the mudguard panel.

3. Remove an air inlet in gathering with a sleeve of an inlet air line.

4. Attentively study the removed components on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages, check up passableness of an air line.

Removal and installation резонаторной chambers

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an inlet air line (the previous subsection see).

2. Turn out fixture and remove резонаторную the chamber.

3. Attentively study the chamber on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages, make sure of absence in the chamber of extraneous subjects.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixing bolts and collars шланговых connections.


L models 3.0

Replacement of a filtering element, removal and air cleaner installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a fixing collar () and separate from an air cleaner cover the goffered sleeve.

2. Release spring clamps () and uncover an air cleaner.
3. Take filtering element and check up its condition. Blow the filter the compressed air, in case of need make its replacement.

4. Screw fixing bolts and remove an air cleaner casing.

5. Attentively check up a casing and an air cleaner cover on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement.

6. Installation is made upside-down. Bolts of fastening of a casing it is necessary to tighten of 32.3 Nanometers with effort.

 Защелкивание spring clamps it should be made only after input of lock uvulas of a cover in reception grooves of a casing.

Removal and installation воздухоприемной chambers

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT).

3. Release a collar () a connection branch pipe воздухоприемной chambers to the throttle case.

And — the Collar
In — Fixing bolts
With — the Collar

4. Turn out bolts () fastenings воздухоприемной chambers to the inlet pipeline.
5. Release a collar () fastenings to the chamber of the goffered air line.
6. Disconnect from воздухоприемной chambers other hoses and remove assemblage from the car.
7. Attentively check up the chamber on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement.
8. Installation is made upside-down.

Removal and air inlet installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing bolts and, having liberated from резонаторной chambers, remove an air inlet from the panel передка the car.

2. Attentively check up an air inlet, on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need remove from section of assemblage through passage extraneous subjects. A defective air inlet replace.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

Removal and installation резонаторной chambers

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Remove an air inlet (the previous subsection see).
3. Remove an air cleaner casing (see above).

4. Turn out a fastening bolt резонаторной chambers to the right partition of an impellent compartment.

5. Remove the right forward wheel and lift the car over the earth.
6. Remove the right panel грязеотбойника.

7. Take резонаторную the chamber through an arch of the right wheel.

8. Attentively check up the removed chamber, on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. Make sure of absence in extraneous subjects. In case of need make corresponding corrections/replace the chamber.
9. Installation is made upside-down.
