THE GENERAL DATA

Conditioner hoses are checked and vary only in car-care centre service.

Under the influence of heats in a motor compartment gradually there is a hardening and destruction of the rubber and plastic hoses which are ensuring functioning of various units of the engine. It is necessary to check periodically a condition of hoses, presence on them of cracks and hardening, easing of connections, tightness infringement. The procedure for test of hoses of system of cooling is described above.

Part of hoses fasten by means of collars. Check durability of an inhaling of collars as fastening easing leads to tightness infringement. In those places in which collars are not provided, check reliability of consolidation of a hose on unions, elasticity loss in such connections owing to swelling or hardening of hoses is not supposed, tightness of connection otherwise is broken.

Vacuum hoses

1. Vacuum hoses can be distinguished on colour, or on the colour strips pasted on them. Metal tubes

2. At replacement it is necessary to establish only seamless steel tubes. Tubes from copper or aluminium do not approach, as do not maintain vibrating loadings.
3. Check up a condition of metal tubes and unions of system of a hydrodrive of brakes in junctions with the main brake cylinder and дозатором. The basis for careful check is any signs of loss of a liquid from a hydrodrive.
