PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The quantity of belts of a drive depends on a car complete set. Belts have клиновидное section and are used for a drive of the generator, the hydraulic booster of a wheel, the pump of a cooling liquid and the conditioner. One belt as a rule is used for a drive of several units.
2. Open a cowl and check up fingers a condition of belts from two parties, overwinding belts (fig. Characteristic kinds of deterioration клиновидных belts see).
3. Check up a belt tension on deflection size in the middle between pulleys. If distance centre to centre pulleys of 180-300 mm the deflection has to be 6,5 mm, and at distance centre to centre 300–400 mm the deflection should be 13 mm (1 – a ruler, 2 – брусок, 3 – a deflection) for клиновидных belts and 6,5 mm for belts with the goffered profile (fig. Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The belt is regulated by two bolts – adjusting () and axial () which it is necessary to weaken and displace a roller or a pulley of a mobile part. After adjustment check up a belt tension, if necessary again ослабьте bolts and adjust a tension. Upon termination of adjustment bolts tighten, without making the big effort.
2. On cars of early releases the adjusting bolt is absent also a roller (or a pulley) are displaced by the auxiliary lever (mount).

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For belt replacement execute the same preliminary procedures, as for adjustment then remove a belt. All belts are recommended to be changed simultaneously.
2. Before removal designate each belt and a corresponding pulley.
3. At acquisition compare a new belt to the replaced.
4. Adjust a belt tension.
