Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the pallet.
2. Remove a gear belt and the bottom roller натяжителя.
3. Remove a leading asterisk.
4. Remove маслоуказатель.
5. Remove the generator.
6. Remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside.
7. Remove a compressor arm.
8. Disconnect a rod of a regulator of the hydraulic booster and take aside.
9. Remove the bottom roller натяжителя.
10. Turn away bolts and remove the pump, having hooked a screw-driver.
11. Remove a sealant and details редукционного the valve.
12. Turn out cover screws.
13. Uncover and get a gear wheel.
14. Remove from demountable planes of the pump the consolidation rests, wash out solvent.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check up presence of deterioration and damages.
2. Check up a condition of details редукционного the valve. At detection of damages the piston complete with a spring replace.
3. Check up probeом a backlash between a conducted rotor and the case.
4. Check up probeом a face backlash.
5. Check up probeом a backlash between (arrow) rotors.
6. Compare results to the data specified in subsection 3.2.1.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Get an epiploon коленвала, having hooked a screw-driver.
2. Grease and is cautious запрессуйте a new epiploon.
3. Establish pump gear wheels in the case labels upwards.
4. Put in a pump cavity technical vaseline, lay a lining, put a cover and tighten screws.
5. Grease the piston редукционного the valve with fresh oil for the engine and establish valve details.
6. Wash out a condensed surface of the pump.
7. Put on a cover of the pump the hermetic platen.
8. Establish in the block of cylinders a new sealant.
9. Establish the pump, having combined шлиц a leading gear wheel with шлицем on коленвале.
10. Tighten bolts in a diagonal order with the set moment.

11. Establish other details upside-down, add oil, start the engine. Check up oil level repeatedly.
