Removal and installation

The prevention

If the collector is disconnected only for removal of a head of cylinders turn away bolts and take him aside, without disconnecting hoses and wires. Procedure of dismantle of a collector from the engine as separate detail is more low described.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove the air filter (subsection 5.8 see), the case заслонки (subsection 5.11 see), atomizers (subsection 5.11.4 see) and the levelling chamber (subsection 5.11.5 see).
4. Designate and disconnect from a collector the remained hoses, wires and arms.
5. In regular intervals turn away a nut and bolts (at the left – bolts of a collector of 3,0 l, on the right – bolts of a collector 3,4) and remove a collector. To turn on fastenings follows since periphery and being displaced to the centre.
6. Clear wash out solvent demountable planes on a collector and a head of cylinders.
7. Establish new linings, establish a collector, without having broken thus a lining, wrap bolts and nuts. Tighten bolts and nuts in regular intervals, being displaced from the central part to periphery.
8. Definitively tighten bolts and nuts the set moment, being displaced from the central part to periphery.
9. Establish other details upside-down.
10. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of a leak of a cooling liquid and tightness of vacuum connections.
