THE GENERAL DATA

Without removal of the engine from the car it is possible to perform following works:

 – To replace linings and epiploons.
 – To remove hinged knots and units for replacement or repair.
 – To execute repair (or replacement) heads of cylinders, pumps, the mechanism of a drive of valves, details of a drive of hinged units.
 – To spend adjusting works.

The krivoshipno-shatunnyj mechanism, pistons and rings vary (are under repair) after engine dismantle (subsection 3.3.5 see).
