THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Moisten nuts and bolts of a final collector with a getting liquid.
3. Remove connecting section of an exhaust pipe in a back part of a head of cylinders (drawing at the left – fastening of connecting section (3,0, drawing on the right – fastening of connecting section (3,4).
4. Turn out from a collector the tube union recycling.
5. Turn away a nut and bolts of fastening and remove collectors.
7. Attentively check up a condition of a collector and fastenings.
8. Clear demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders of the rests of a material of a lining and deposit adjournment. If leak signs through a lining check up deformation of a demountable plane of a collector, if necessary прошлифуйте are observed.
9. Dress on hairpins of heads of cylinders new linings.
10. Establish collectors, wrap nuts on former places.
11. Tighten nuts in three-four receptions with the set moment. Tighten bolts and nuts from the centre to collector periphery.
12. Establish other details as it should be the return to dismantling.
13. Start the engine and check up tightness of connections of a final collector.
