5. Disconnect by means of a stripper a shaft of a drive from a nave.
ATTENTION Do not disconnect a brake hose from a brake support. Otherwise after assemblage it is necessary to remove systems from system air.

| 6. Depending on model various variants of a design of a forward brake can be established. A support FS - III: Remove covers – 2 and disconnect a support. A support casing suspend on a wire to the chassis. A support FN - 3: Turn away bolts with edges from a support casing. At installation it is necessary to replace them with the new. Remove a support, address to subsection Removal and installation of a brake disk/support. |
| 7. Turn away the screw with crosswise шлицем and remove a brake disk. |
| 8. Turn away a nut of fastening of the hinge of steering draught till the end of a carving. It carries out a role of a support for a stripper. |
| 9. Wring out a stripper (), for example, Hazet 779 pin of the hinge of steering draught from the lever. |
| 10. Disconnect the tip – 1 gauge of number of turns ABS. |
| 11. Remove a wire of gauge ABS from the holder (marksman). |
| 12. Turn away a nut of fastening of an amortisation rack tool AUDI 3186, keeping thus a screw-driver under internal шестигранник 7 mm for a rod from проворачивания. If the specified tool available is not present, turn away a nut by means of cranked накидного a key. There is special tool Hazet № 2593 21. |
| 13. Take out an amortisation rack and the case of the bearing of a wheel downwards through a wheel casing. |
| 14. Separate the case of the bearing of a wheel and an amortisation rack. For this purpose turn away a bolt of fastening of an amortisation rack to the case of the bearing of a wheel. |
| 15. Take out an amortisation rack upwards from the case of the bearing of a wheel. If it is hardly taken out, for simplification of dismantle expand шлиц in the case of the bearing of a wheel with the tool AUDI - 3424 or any other suitable tool a little. |
| INSTALLATION |
| 16. Put on the case of the bearing of a wheel an amortisation rack so that apertures at a pipe of the shock-absorber and the bearing case coincided. |
| 17. Insert into the bearing case / an amortisation rack a new bolt. The head of a bolt at the established amortisation rack is ahead in a movement direction. Screw a new self-stopped nut and tighten its moment 50 Н•м, then a rigid key tighten on 90 ° (1/4 turns). |
| 18. Before installation of an amortisation rack grease a rack support with assembly oil «G 294 421 F1» (arrows on an illustration). |
19. Insert an amortisation rack and fix from above a new nut the moment 60 Н•м, keeping it from проворачивания a key under internal шестигранник 7 mm.
ATTENTION To establish динамометрический a key, as the tool it is possible to apply AUDI - 3186 or HAZET 2593 21 complete with 2100 07 to deduction from проворачивания.

| 20. Clear teeths and a carving of a shaft of a drive and a nave a brush of corrosion and other pollution. |
| 21. Cover двенадцатигранную a nut and teeths of the external hinge on a drive shaft with pure impellent oil. Enter as it is possible more deeply the external hinge in nave teeths. |
22. Establish a brake disk/support, address to subsection Removal and installation of a brake disk/support.
ATTENTION If pipelines of brake system were opened, it is necessary to remove air from last, address to subsection Removal of air from brake system.

| 23. Join a socket of the gauge of number of turns ABS, lay a wire in the holder on an amortisation rack. |
24. Fix a spherical support on the lever. Establish fastening bolts in oval apertures so that earlier put marks have coincided. Tighten bolts the moment 20 Н•м then tighten a rigid key on a corner 90 ° (1/4 turns).
ATTENTION At installation in the new lever establish fastening bolts in average position and tighten. In summary measure disorder, address to Section 15.
