| 17. Fix a pulley of a camshaft the moment 45 Н m, keeping thus a shaft from проворачивания a key. |
| 18. Clean on distributive to a shaft an adjusting ruler. |
| 19. Take out core AUDI–3359 at pulley ТНВД. |
| 20. Turn a cranked shaft on two turns and again stop in position ВМТ of the first cylinder. |
| 21. Check up, whether pulley ТНВД is fixed by core AUDI–3359. If the core is not inserted, turn away bolts of fastening of pulley ТНВД and turn a nave so that the core has entered. |
| 22. Fix the holder of the engine at the block of cylinders the moment 45 Н m. |
| 23. Tighten engine support. |
ATTENTION Bolts in the course of an inhaling receive residual deformation. Therefore after each inhaling they should be replaced. Fix the holder of the engine at a support the moment 60 Н m and then tighten a rigid key on a corner 90 ° (1/4 turns). Fix engine support to a body the moment 40 Н m and then tighten a rigid key on a corner 90 ° (1/4 turns).

| 24. Establish on the places a protective casing of a gear belt, демпфер fluctuations. A tension roller клинового a belt and a cover of a head of cylinders. |
| 25. Establish клиновой a belt, address to subsection Removal and installation клинового a belt. |
