1. Uncover heads of cylinders (Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders see).
2. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (Removal and installation of cogwheels of a belt of drive ГРМ see).

3. Covers of bearings should be consistently numbered, in a direction from a flywheel. In the absence of factory identification labels put them independently by means of a marker. Put also a label on a pipeline wall.

4. In stages in regular intervals ослабьте nuts of fastening of covers also remove the last from a head of cylinders.
5. Accurately take from a head of cylinders a camshaft and remove from its lobby (from outside газораспределительного a belt) pins an epiploon. At assemblage the epiploon is subject to replacement without fail.
6. Prepare eight numbered polyethylene packages, then by means of a rubber sucker serially take from a head pushers of valves, at once stacking them in in appropriate way the numbered packages. At assemblage pushers should be established strictly on the former places. Not observance of the given requirement conducts to essential reduction of service life of components клапанного the mechanism. In case of need remove from end faces of cores of valves adjusting washers and combine them in packages with corresponding pushers. Remember that washer often подлипают to pushers, - try not to drop them in the course of extraction of the last.

1. Check up a condition подшипниковых necks and working surfaces of cams of a camshaft. In case of revealing of signs of deterioration, furrows or deep scratches, replace a shaft. Check up also a condition подшипниковых surfaces in beds of covers and heads of cylinders. In case of revealing of serious defects it is necessary to replace a head also.
2. Check up working surfaces of pushers contacting to cams on presence of scratches and signs of excessive deterioration. Defective pushers replace. In case of revealing of serious damages check up also a condition of working ledges of corresponding cams of a camshaft. In case of need make replacement of defective components.

1. At a corresponding complete set establish on end faces of cores of the valves adjusting washers of pushers. In order to avoid installation infringement клапанных backlashes (Check and adjustment клапанных backlashes see) washers should be established strictly on the former places.
2. Properly grease pushers and their landing nests in a head of cylinders. Accurately fill pushers in the former nests. Track perpendicularity of landing of pushers in a head.
3. Grease necks and camshaft cams with pure impellent oil.
4. Temporarily plant on a forward pin of a shaft a cogwheel and achieve drilling combination in it with a reciprocal aperture in a head body (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft see and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car) - cams of a drive of valves of the fourth cylinder should appear are developed by working ledges upwards. Remove a wheel and accurately get a camshaft in a head of cylinders (watch that cams of 4th cylinder remained the developed liftings upwards). Make sure available on the place of the core blocking a cranked shaft (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see).
5. Watching correctness of an arrangement of marks, establish a cover of the central bearing, screw fixing nuts and tighten them on two-three turns.

6. Grease with hermetic the surfaces of covers of trailer bearings noted on an accompanying illustration, then establish them on the regular places according to identification and landing marks. On two-three turns tighten fixing nuts.

7. In stages in regular intervals tighten nuts of fastening of covers with demanded effort.

8. Щупом лезвийного type measure size axial люфта a camshaft and compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. If the size люфта falls outside the limits an admissible range, it is necessary to make replacement of a camshaft and-or a head of cylinders. To measure size люфта push a shaft in any of the parties against the stop and probeом measure size of the backlash formed between persistent surfaces and a cover of the central bearing and the cam nearest to it.

9. If camshaft replacement was not made, and installation infringement клапанных backlashes did not take place, pass to performance of the procedure described in the following paragraph. Otherwise, make adjustment of backlashes (Check and adjustment клапанных backlashes see). Pay attention that as газораспределительный the belt an obligatory order former remains removed, the cranked shaft should be developed necessarily on a turn quarter in any of the parties for its conclusion from position ВМТ for the purpose of prevention of contact of valves with pistons at проворачивании a camshaft. Take blocking flywheel a core (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see) and throw off газораспределительный a belt from cogwheel ТНВД in avoidance проворачивания the last at rotation of a cranked shaft.
10. Grease sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and plant it on a forward pin of a camshaft (sponges inside). Plant an epiploon заподлицо with a surface of a cover of the bearing.
11. If the cranked shaft was developed on a turn quarter (item 9 see), return it in position ВМТ of pistons of 1 and 4 cylinders. At all do not turn a shaft more than on 1/4 turns as in this case in position ВМТ there will be pistons of 2nd and 3rd cylinders and there will be a blow of valves about the bottoms of pistons.
12. Return into place blocking flywheel a core.
13. Establish a camshaft cogwheel (Removal and installation of cogwheels of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
14. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders see).
