2. Achieve combination of blocking apertures (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see) and fix cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД, and also a flywheel. At all do not suppose проворачивания the blocked engine.
3. Loosen the an axial nut and an adjusting bolt натяжителя also develop an arm of the last counter-clockwise, having weakened thereby a tension газораспределительного a belt. Having tightened an adjusting bolt, fix натяжитель in new position. In case of need take advantage for deployment натяжителя of a 10-millimetric drive which can be inserted into a special square aperture in an arm.
4. Turn out two bolts and a hairpin of fastening of an intermediate roller to the block of cylinders. Pay attention that the top bolt is used also for fastening of an arm of a support of the power unit.
5. Slightly ослабьте the remained four bolts of fastening of a support (the top is located from the interior of a forward plate of the engine and it is used also for fastening of an elevating eye of the power unit).
