Fixing cranked/distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car

Do not undertake attempts проворачивания the engine at blocked cranked/distributive shaft/tnvd. If the engine is left blocked on long time, it is necessary to establish warning tablets of the corresponding maintenance in salon and an impellent compartment of the car. Such safety measure will allow to avoid casual проворачивания the blocked engine a starter that is fraught with serious mechanical damages.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On all models in cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД, and also in a flywheel the special drillings are provided, allowing to make engine fixing in a correct phase timing, excluding probability of hit of valves in contact to the bottoms of pistons in an installation time of a head of cylinders/belts of drive ГРМ. Having achieved combination of the given drillings with reciprocal apertures in a head/block of cylinders, it is necessary to pass in them fingers of suitable diameter.

At combination of blocking apertures the piston of the fourth cylinder appears in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. The detailed description of procedure of blocking of the engine is more low resulted.

2. Remove the top covers of a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of covers газораспределительного a belt see).
3. Turn a cranked shaft for a bolt of its pulley so that three drillings in cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД (one in a wheel of a shaft and two in a pump wheel) it was combined with reciprocal apertures to a forward plate of the engine. For providing of access to a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft release two clamps and remove a plastic cover with подзора the right forward wheel of the car. Where it is required, liberate also hoses охладительного a path from clips on an arm. Remember that the cranked shaft should be turned always only in a direction clockwise, looking from the right board of the car. When apertures will appear are combined, the engine is blocked by продевания in them metal cores of the corresponding diameter (see more low).

4. Pass a 8-millimetric core/drill through an aperture in the left flange of the block near to a starter.

5. In case of need slightly correct position of a cranked shaft, achieving demanded combination of apertures and free introduction of a core in drilling of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk.

6. Pass three 8-millimetric bolts in drillings in cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД and manually screw them in reciprocal apertures in the engine.

7. Now both shaft and ТНВД will appear blocked in safe positions.
