3. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the bent fixing plate established in the top part of a support.

4. For the purpose of providing of access to a nut of fastening of an arm take from support assemblage the rubber buffer.

5. Give three nuts of fastening of an arm to a support and one nut of its fastening to кузовному to an element. Remove an arm.

1. Remove an arm of fastening of a support to a body (see above), then remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
2. If yet have not done it, prop up the power unit тележечным a jack. For loading distribution lay between the pallet картера and a jack head wooden брусок.
3. If used for engine posting лебедку, disconnect an elevating rigging from the right eye of the engine - last fastens to an arm of a support of the power unit.
4. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove an arm of a support of the power unit.
5. Achieve combination of blocking apertures (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see) and fix cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД, and also a flywheel. At all do not suppose проворачивания the blocked engine.
6. Release an axial nut and an adjusting bolt натяжителя and develop a support of the last counter-clockwise so that the adjusting bolt has appeared in the middle of a directing groove. Tighten a bolt, having fixed натяжитель in new position. In case of need take advantage for deployment натяжителя of a 10-millimetric drive to a face key which is entered into a special square aperture in an arm.
7. Mark with an arrow an initial direction of rotation газораспределительного a belt and throw off last from the cogwheels.
8. Now it is necessary to prepare the adaptation for fixing плунжера натяжителя in an arm of a support of the power unit.

9. The special firm tool entered in two bottom болтовых of apertures in an arm of a support is issued by company Citroyon. Equivalent replacement such блокиратору can be made from appropriate amount of the bent metal plate and steams of 10-millimetric bolts with nuts.

10. Turn out two bottom bolts of fastening of an arm of a support and establish in the released apertures firm or self-made блокиратор (the Forward end face of the power unit see also an illustration) which internal surface it is necessary to grease with dense greasing in order to avoid damage плунжера. Give an axial nut and an adjusting bolt and remove assemblage натяжителя.

11. Turn out two remained bolts of fastening of an arm of a support and remove last from the unit.
12. Drown плунжер in a support arm, then remove блокиратор and take плунжер and a spring.
