7. Accurately remove a cogwheel from a shaft pin. Take from a pin segment шпонку if last is planted in the groove freely. Clean шпонку in a reliable place. Attentively examine an epiploon, checking it on presence of signs of development of leaks of oil, in case of need make replacement (Replacement of epiploons see).

1. If removed, fill segment шпонку in a groove in a camshaft pin, then plant on a pin a cogwheel. As the pin has конусность, the cogwheel can is planted on a shaft in the unique way (central ступичным by a ledge outside).

6. Establish to the place of a cover газораспределительного a belt (Removal and installation of covers газораспределительного a belt see).

1. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft see).
2. Execute the procedures described above in subsection "a camshaft Cogwheel - Removal", subitem 1, 3 and 4.

3. Throw off газораспределительный a belt from a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, then remove a wheel from a shaft pin.

4. Take from a pin segment шпонку if it is planted in the groove freely. Clean шпонку in a reliable place.

5. Check up a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft on presence of signs of leaks of oil, in case of need make replacement (Replacement of epiploons see).

2. Throw газораспределительный with a belt a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and make its tension (the Belt of drive ГРМ - the general information, removal, check of a condition and installation see).
3. Establish into place a pulley of a cranked shaft (Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft see).

1. Execute the procedures described above in subsection "a camshaft Cogwheel - Removal", subitem 1, 3 and 4.
2. Mark position газораспределительного a belt concerning cogwheel ТНВД.
3. Take a 8-millimetric bolt blocking cogwheel ТНВД in position ВМТ (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see).

4. Not some models the cogwheel is equipped by the built in stripper in a kind приболченной to its end face of a metal lath. On a lath not dropping out nut (a nut of fastening of a cogwheel), which наворачивается on a pin of a shaft of the fuel pump (ТНВД) is fixed. Continue to tighten bolts until the wheel will not descend with конусной shaft pins. Remove a wheel, then check up durability of landing in the groove segment шпонки, in case of need take it and clean in a reliable place. Remove a stripper.

1. If removed, plant in the groove on a shaft pin segment шпонку.
2. At a corresponding complete set if removed, establish on a cogwheel the built in stripper, having tightened screws of its fastening with demanded effort (do not forget about washers).
3. Put on a cogwheel a pin of a shaft and tighten a nut of its fastening with demanded effort (take care of fixing of a shaft from проворачивания - Cogwheel ТНВД - Removal "see above in subsection", item 5).
4. Make sure that 8-millimetric blocking bolts are inserted into drillings in a cogwheel of a camshaft and a flywheel (Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and ТНВД for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car see).
5. Throw газораспределительный with a belt cogwheel ТНВД (track correctness of combination of the landing labels put at dismantle).
6. Make a belt tension (the Belt of drive ГРМ - the general information, removal, check of a condition and installation see).
7. Establish the top covers of a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of covers газораспределительного a belt see).
