Detachment and replacement of hoses of system of cooling

Do not disconnect any hoses охладительного a path before full cooling of the engine - Systems of cooling, heating, "Safety measure" subsection see.


1. If during performance of the checks listed in corresponding section of the Head Routine maintenance, defects of hoses of system of cooling are revealed, they should be replaced.
2. Empty cooling system (address to the Head Routine maintenance). If the cooling liquid filled in system is enough fresh, it is subject to a reuse and should be merged in pure container.
3. The order of a detachment of hoses depends on type шлангового connections (see more low).

Hoses with штуцерными sockets of usual type


1. On unions and branch pipes of usual type hoses fasten by means of collars. Thus can be used both standard collars with a worm drive, and disposable collars of braided type. The last at hose connection are subject to replacement by more practical standard.

2. By means of a screw-driver ослабьте a collar also shift it along a hose upwards, completely having released the union / a reception branch pipe. Accurately remove a hose from the union. New hoses usually act in film without special problems while the old can appear "become attached".

3. A hose not giving in to branch it is necessary to try to release, повращав it on the union, then it is possible to hook accurately a cut of a hose a blunt tool, without making thus excessive effort, - remember that inlet and final branch pipes of a radiator are fragile enough elements. As a last resort, strongly "become attached" hose can be cut off from the union a knife: despite connected with in such a way certain material inputs, nevertheless will replace more cheaply a hose, than to get a new radiator.
4. At installation of a new hose at first put on it fixing collars, only after that pull a hose on unions/branch pipes of corresponding components охладительного a path. If it is primary for fastening of hoses collars of braided type have been used, they should be cut off and at installation to replace more reliable screw or worm. For simplification of landing of rigid hoses on unions it is necessary to moisten slightly the ends of the last with soap water, or to warm up in warm water the hose ends - do not use as greasing any oils.
5. Pull a hose the ends on unions and check up correctness of its lining in an impellent compartment. Place collars on the sites of a hose planted on unions, having got them for face развальцовку. Strongly tighten collars.
6. Fill cooling system (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
7. Start the engine, then attentively check up system on presence of signs of leaks of a cooling liquid.

Brought to the heat exchanger of a heater hoses

New sealing rings be required.



1. Both hoses of a heater are connected to the heat exchanger of the last by means of one socket. For providing of access to a socket on some models can it is required to uncover a camshaft (engine Repair see the Head).

2. At a corresponding complete set remove a metal clip from the top party of a socket.

3. Release a plastic clamp, having wrung out it to the left part of a socket.

4. Separate a socket from the heater heat exchanger. Remove sealing rings, - at assemblage they are subject to replacement without fail.

5. Alternatively, heater hoses can be equipped by a socket with a metal spring clamp (it is shown by an arrow)



1. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing rings.
2. Fill cooling system (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
3. Start the engine, then attentively check up system on presence of signs of leaks of a cooling liquid.
